Super clean, gourmet kitchen, comfy beds! Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We purchased this townhome in August of 2014\. We also own the townhome right next door so we now have two units connected to each other! So, if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars. As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona! Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Recently renovated and nearly everything inside is brand new. Just outside of uptown Sedona. Close to all the hiking areas. Place was perfect. Lots of room and having a washer and dryer made it perfect. So different than staying at a hotel, felt like home. We hiked during the morning, came back for lunch, then went out to hike in the evening.Then we cooked dinner. ##### Luke D. It is located in Oak Creek, just a little south of Sedona, which means you can get to and from lots of great trails without having to sit in the terrible traffic going through Sedona itself. The home is very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Great communication with the owners, and the easiest check-in/check-out process of any VRBO we have ever stayed at. This unit was perfect for our stay, location was great for us and enjoyed the privacy. Easy walk to grocery, bakery, pub & restaurants. Was great to come home to after long day of hiking or golfing. Unit had all the supplies needed to make our meals, bed & pillows were comfortable, shaded back patio on hot days was a relief. Would stay again! ##### Shell V. While the traffic going into Sedona was a bit nuts, we were happy to be in the outskirts. Oak Creek had plenty of amenities and hiking. We would happily stay here again. ##### Dondi R. My family and I stayed here for our second time now and we can't wait to come back for a third! The townhome was super clean and had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed. My wife kept saying she's never been to a vacation rental where the owners thought of everything. The location is perfect for us as we avoid the downtown (I think they call it uptown) area of Sedona since it's always too crowded. This area of Sedona has everything we need, minus the crowds and traffic in downtown Sedona. Everything about our stay was perfect and I'm already planning a boys trip back to Sedona next year! The location was perfect for us. This was a quiet spot in Sedona. There were wonderful restaurants and coffee spots, beautiful views, and easy access to hiking. As a group of three adults, the unit's two master suites were perfect. We were happy to have views from the bedroom balconies, comfortable (adequate for four) living area seating, patio, large kitchen and downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Eveything was spotless. The towels and bedding were soft. And, the hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent again! ##### Pamela G.
