The space Our condo is just about 1000 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + a patio to relax on. We are able to accommodate 4 guests. \*Master Bedroom 1: There’s a king-size bed that lies in the center of this boho-style room and wake up to the beautiful views of the desert surroundings as you can see it from your window. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night\`s sleep. \*Bedroom 2 : Sleep like royalty in the 2nd bedroom which offers a comfortable, lux queen-size bed. To ensure a peaceful sleep, aroma therapy is also provided if you choose to use it. All bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows. The bathroom includes a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. We also provide 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. \*Living Room : Spacious & comfortable you have plenty of room to relax with your group in the living room. Enjoy watching the cable or smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login. You can also have fun playing classic games such as cards, rummikub, uno, and others! \*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience. Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a french press. \*Outdoor area : On the deck, you will find a beautiful, brand new 4 person hot tub. Star gaze or relax after a day of hiking in your private outdoor oasis. The back area is fenced so it’s perfect for your animal to head back and find relief. \*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided. The place is impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It has every amenity you could need (a lovely new hot tub, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a lovely deep bathtub and nice shower, a comfortable living room with a large TV, washer and dryer, an outdoor space to relax, and more). It’s walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the heart of Sedona, but still situated in a nice, quiet residential area. A very close drive (10ish minutes) to the trailheads of many popular hikes. Marissa and Jason were very accommodating hosts—they are great communicators and go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Sedona! ##### Carly H. Had all the things I love. The hot tub had red rock views and located very privately on the side with no neighbors. The location was perfect, walking to uptown was very easy, sidewalk the entire 6 minutes.
