When we first walked in, we noticed how clean it smelled and how nice everything was. Then the view from the living room hit us and it was absolutely amazing. We loved sitting on the sofas and just looking at the spectacular view each morning and each night. The views from our bedrooms were great too. Really, the entire home was well-appointed, and we felt so comfortable. The bedrooms all have bathrooms which was perfect for us. The hot tub and backyard space were so clean and perfect. There are spices and oil in the cabinets, there are some items in the pantry as well that were very convenient. The location is perfect too and everything is very easy to get to. The only drawback was the bedroom behind the master bedroom basically had no mattress but only a hard box spring to sleep on, which was not comfortable and certainly not what you would expect when renting a house of this price point/quality. After several days, we contacted the owner and he did not respond. As someone who has trouble sleeping, I found the house very noisy due to no carpeting or drapes and the shades in the bedroom were broken and not room-darkening shades.
