This gorgeous custom home was designed and built by a local family and completed in early 2020. It was furnished and stocked with the utmost care and is ready for your enjoyment!
This home has everything you need to enjoy your trip to Sedona, including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, large bathrooms with gorgeous tiled showers, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and Nintendo Wii, and two outdoor living areas. Backyard covered porch with beautiful fountain to enjoy off the patio dining set. After a full day of exploring, cozy up around one of the 2 fire pits out in front of the house, or have a drink on the covered back patio by the relaxing rock fountain.
The family-friendly casita has a separate entrance from the main house and offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining & living space, with large flat screen TV, and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
The owners have also provided games, puzzles, kid-friendly amenities, creek towels, outdoor blankets, and many other thoughtful touches.
This entire house sleeps up to 11 people TOTAL, not including infants under 12 months (please note that no one weighing over 120 pounds should use the top bunk of the bunk bed).
For the comfort of our guests and our neighbors in Sedona, THIS PROPERTY IS 100% SMOKE-FREE. Absolutely NO smoking of any sort, vaping, or burning of incense anywhere on the property . Any evidence of these activities - including on the patios or in the yard - will result in additional fees. If upon a departure inspection, there is evidence that Guest(s) have smoked in the home or on the property, they will be charged a penalty and will be financially liable for a full remediation of property; including, but not limited to: carpet and upholstery cleaning, deodorizing, ozone machine costs, wall painting, etc.

The location was fabulous. We could walk to town in less than five minutes. We could easily split up so some could bike or kayak using the car and others could walk nearby or find a close meal. The house was very comfortable.
We enjoyed the location of the property and ability to easily walk around Uptown. Plenty of room for our family and everything was clean and well taken care of. Would certainly recommend!
We loved this location in early February (off-peak season) as it was a short walk to places to eat and browse the shops. We had a rental car and easily navigated to many gorgeous hikes. We would stay again!
Beautiful property walking distances to all downtown attractions. It looked just like the images from the listing and was extremely clean. It was perfect to park and not have yo deal with the Sedona traffic.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying at the house in Sedona. Centrally located Uptown, everything you need is within walking distance. The unit was clean and accommodated us perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone headed to Sedona.
This property was perfect for our group of two couples and a 2 year old. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Plentiful linens and toiletries. Lots of thought in making the space kid friendly with a PackNPlay, stroller, step stool and toys. Great location walkable to Uptown shops and restaurants.
Yeah, this is the second time we have stayed at this property and we were not disappointed. The house is located within walking distance to uptown Sedona. As always, the house was clean and communication was effective and we found everything that we needed in the house. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for accessing shopping, dining, hiking activities. Clean. The kitchen was well appointed. We barely had to drive, but when we did, it was very easy to navigate the town.

The house was perfect and exactly as described. I loved having a great hiking trail about 1.5 miles away and also being close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The decor and cleanliness met our expectations. I will stay here again and have actually recommended it already to other people.
The home is set up perfectly for 2 adult couples, with 2 master bed & bathrooms & plenty of shared living/dining/kitchen space. And, one of the master areas has a 'kids' room. The location is excellent, within walking distance to town. You will enjoy your stay here.
When we first arrived, the house was very clean inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, great for having breakfast in the morning. Master bedroom was big, the bathroom was very nice.

Great location. Very well appointed house. Extremely clean and well stocked with all the items you would need. Beds are comfortable. Internet works well. Garage parking a plus and fire pit. Easy to walk to the main section of town. Would highly recommend.
We LOVED our stay here. They provided us with all our basic needs for ease and comfort. Every drawer or cabinet we opened was stocked with convenience items. There were plenty of plush towels and blankets and the beds were comfortable for all. The location is perfect and everything about the home is beautiful and clean.
