Tucked into the foothills near Castle Rock and surrounded by some of Sedona's most iconic red rock vistas and meditation sites, this newly furnished retreat is designed for slowing down, recharging, and soaking in the desert beauty. Spend your mornings on nearby hiking trails or creek walks, then return home to unwind on the expansive wraparound deck with sweeping, uninterrupted views of the rugged landscape.
Inside, the home features a thoughtfully curated mid-century boho aesthetic with vaulted ceilings, warm textures, and a relaxed, inviting energy. The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering, complete with streaming TVs, designer furnishings, and a record player to set the mood.
The home includes 2 bedrooms with luxury queen mattresses and streaming TVs. The primary suite offers a private ensuite bath with a jetted soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The lower level transforms into a full entertainment zone designed for fun and connection. Enjoy a pool table, poker table, ping pong, and a second lounge with an oversized TV and comfortable seating — giving guests multiple spaces to spread out and enjoy.
Conveniently located just outside the Village of Oak Creek, you're minutes from hiking, golf courses, dining, and everything Sedona has to offer — while still feeling tucked away in your own private desert sanctuary.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
