This condo is one step up from a Motel 6\. Bathtub/shower surface was peeling off. Paint is off floor trim. Mattress in one bedroom was very worn down (both of us rolled to the middle). Pillows were very flat. No cable was a bummer. Surrounding restaurants were packed. Wait was usually over an hour. Sedona is beautiful though and it was nice being close to 2 golf courses.
