This property exceeded expectations on all accounts. Absolutely incredible views, a beautiful house with a great setup made for a perfect getaway! The location enabled us to walk to trailheads and enjoy the views, plus a short drive into town for delicious food! You could also easily have a bike and ride into town no problem. Some minorities arose during our stay, but the FPM team went above and beyond to correct everything as quickly as possible to ensure we had an incredible visit. Air conditioning on our hilltop property was more than adequate. Wraparound views were spectacular. Great shopping and good restaurants were within a mile from us. We really enjoyed sitting on our backyard terrace in the mornings having coffee and eating English muffins. We also had time to check out petroglyphs, a casino and Bearizona!! The property was immaculate. Excellent communication with local property managers. However, several small inconveniences soured the experience- given the cost. The views are amazing and the location is perfect for a great Sedona experience. Being able to take our dogs for a hike right down the road was such a bonus. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We didn’t even leave and just cooked and enjoyed the amazing views from the patio. We enjoyed the stay largely because we spent a lot of time on the patio looking out.
