Your dreamy desert getaway begins at this beautiful, modern, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2130 sq ft, Single Story Home with CENTRAL A/C. Our "Luxurious Serene Retreat" built in 2012. Serene Retreat is beautifully-appointed, with high-end finishes, a furnished patio, full kitchen, & all the comforts of home. It is located less than a mile from the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross, hiking trails & the gorgeous red rock views & vistas for which Sedona is famous. Spend your days exploring Red Rock State park. End your evening relaxing on the covered patio as the sun sets over the red rocks!

The space
Living Room: Offers comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV with Cable and DVR, large picture windows bringing in the Red Rocks views and plenty of natural light.

Kitchen: This kitchen space is fully equipped and offers some modern touches, such as a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave. Island with Bar seating. Walk-in Pantry.

Dining Room: There's seating for up to ten guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. On the adjacent patio you can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and amazing red rock views.

Amazing trip
The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great, a short drive to hikes and downtown Sedona. The owners were very responsive, and answered any questions immediately.

Fantastic Home!!
This beautiful home exceeded all of our expectations. The layout served us especially well with one couple in the master suite, and our daughter and grandson shared the remaining rooms at the opposite end of the house which provided unexpected privacy and relaxation. All of the amenities were in great condition. The fenced in backyard was very large and beautiful, and made the patio area so much fun. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to visit again in the near future. Fondly, Karen and Steve.

Beautiful and comfortable modern and spacious home furnished with absolutely everything!
Tucked into a pretty neighborhood south of the busy downtown, this southwestern style home has a very spacious and liveable split bedroom plan which allowed for comfort and privacy for both of us couples. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with ample dishes and kitchen utensils, including tools for the gas grill by the protected patio which also boasted a fire pit. There were thoughtful touches throughout the home, such as yoga mats and a stash of information pamphlets about area attractions. The owners, whom we met as we were checking into the house, were so gracious and open to showing us how the TV worked and answering our questions. They were also very responsive to any text messages. We enjoyed four days in this spacious and tastefully appointed home, cooking some fabulous meals on the grill. We were truly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Sedona! Thank you to our hosts!

Absolutely perfect!
I can't imagine a more perfect rental for Sedona. Large private home with all the amenities you could want. Kirsten and Phil have thought of every detail and were very communicative throughout the process. The neighborhood is great, and you can even walk to some trails directly from the house. It is also nice to be in the middle of Sedona and Oak Creek, so you can get to either one with a bit less traffic. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Sedona!
