Experience the magic of Sedona in this beautiful 3,300 sq foot home that combines an open interior with an elegant outdoor living space with private pool and spa. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the gorgeous sunsets from the wraparound deck with panoramic views of the spectacular red rocks. Located in the heart of Uptown, Sedona’s best restaurants and shops are just steps away from this stunning property. Several nearby trailheads give you access to miles of hiking/mountain biking trails.

The main living area, located on the second floor, features soaring ceilings with a fireplace, open layout, and a moving glass wall system to access the outdoor entertaining space. The property includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is perfect for groups of up to 8 people. There’s also a den that opens out to the pool area with a big screen TV, ideal for a family movie night or playing video games.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with high-end Cafe appliances, warming drawer, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, toaster, dishware, and flatware.

Free WiFi, fresh linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry, trash bags, paper towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, garage parking, plus ample outdoor parking.
The modern design has the main living area on the second floor with an open layout.

The second floor layout includes the Kitchen, Living Room and the Master bedroom with a King sized bed along with an ensuite bathroom. Also located upstairs is another guest room with a queen sized bed.

Downstairs there are 3 more guest rooms, one with a king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed, and another with 2 queen sized beds.

But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. Wonderful Holiday Celebration With Family

Our trip consisted of two families and a combined total of 9 people. The house had an amazing location with a quick walk to downtown and the home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Eric was a great host and we look forward to renting his spectacular home again!

This house is incredible! Great location, able to walk to restaurants and shops, even Pink Jeep Tours. Stunning views from the house. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, updated and well provisioned. Kitchen and open great room space was great. Kitchen well stocked (we ate breakfasts, snacks at the house). Would absolutely recommend this house!

Lovely home with amazing views

We had a family stay here with 7 of us. The bedrooms were nice sized and the large expansive living room, kitchen and dining room allowed for all of us to visit together. The home is situated so that there are decks on both sides of the house and a pool area with a good sized patio. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Great home with amazing views! Exactly as pictured and described. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there is construction going on near the property right now which resulted in so much dust coming from the construction site during the week we couldn’t use the pool. Was not a problem on the weekend.

INCREDIBLE! You would be stupid not to rent this property

This place has million dollar views. The best views in Sedona. We have been to Sedona so many times and no hike will compare to these incredible, gorgeous and breath taking views from the comfort of patio furniture! It's insane!! The house itself is in great shape. Super clean, great kitchen and living room. We had this house for our family to stay in during our wedding week and we could not be happier with this house. The bedrooms all have really nice beds and furniture. The bathrooms are clean and you can tell this is newly renovated. The wrap around porch that has 360 views... is incredible. The hot tub and pool is a separate level which is really nice. This house is a place that was so special and made our trip so much better. We will definately be staying at this property again. We have nothing negative to say about this incredible home..

Wonderful Snow in Sedona

Wonderful property and very enjoyable stay. Punctuated by an historic 9 inches of snow! Made for some adventures driving up the hill to the property the evening before we left, as well as leaving the next morning, but the beauty of the snow covering everything made it well worth the driving hassles.
