The property itself is incredibly charming. The room was nice as well. However, the staff, including both the reception and in the restaurant, could benefit from some customer service training. I was not made to feel much like a welcomed guest either when I checked in or out. Service as a solo diner at dinner and breakfast left a lot to be desired as well. No one seated me, checked up on me, or even brought me my bill.
Be aware that even though it comes off as breakfast being included with the room, you may be charged a surprising 14 € when you check out.
