Best VRBO ever
Between the location, the property itself, cleanliness and all the amenities this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. And that is still true even with the major drawback of the property- the pull out bed in the second bedroom. This is not a top tier pull out in terms of comfort. If I stayed again I would bring an air mattress. But even including this bed, the stay here was amazing abd obe of the best VRBO experiences I have had.

Awesome little getaway!
This beach house was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway! Its secluded, so you'll definitely need a car, but the house had literally everything we needed so we only ventured out to explore the area and check out some restaurants. Everything was immaculate-- the floor to ceiling windows, the master bathroom, the practically private beach, the hot tub, the sunrises and sunsets from the deck-- we will be back for sure!!

Another perfect stay
This was our fourth stay at this beautiful home, and it does not disappoint. This trip, we were lucky enough to experience four seasons in 5 days -- sunning ourselves on the patio one incredibly warm/sun fall day, then enjoying the hot tub in the brisk cold air, and then watching the rain storms. The ocean looked different each day, and we just took in the view. The home is clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located to lots of great cafes, bistros, shops, walks and hikes.

Beautiful location and home on the water
The location was wonderful. Right on the water and a short drive or 20 minute walk to Sechelt. Very modern new accommodation with everything that you need available. Dishes, pots, kitchen tools as well as a variety of dry goods (spices, oil, etc) fully stocked. Extra pillows, blankets, kitchen towels, etc. stored in and organized on the premises. Hot tub was working and clean but no tub for a relaxing soak. I knew this going in though. All of the photos were accurate.

Pronounced Seashell with a “T” on the end!
Our stay in Sechelt, BC was fabulous! There is no better view in the area than from this house, and the sound of the water is incredibly relaxing! We’re from Texas, and the low 60 temps were a perfect respite from our 116 degree summer. Be sure to visit Smitty’s Oyster Bar in Gibson’s Landing. Another real gem in the area.

We just returned from a week stay at house at it was great. Very nice location and the house was perfect for a couples get-away.. The view from the hot tub and decks were amazing. Peter was easy to deal with and answered our couple question right away.

Tranquil Perfection
Our stay was near perfection - the premises was clean and beautiful and the backdrop was breathtaking. I feel like the calmness of the space and the ability to marry nature with the accommodation really expedited how quickly we were able to settle into and relax in the house. The sound of the waves in the night/morning, the unobscured views of sunsets and the little glimpses of seals in the water were all enjoyed thoroughly by our entire family. We were also pleased that our two year old loved the space and settled quite nicely as well - we were afraid the house wasn't super child-friendly, but she loved it and having all of that space to run around in! We are so glad we took that risk! The location was also wonderful, very convenient to get around by car to Sechelt and Davis Bay etc., and super private. Peter was also very responsive and accommodating - ensuring that our stay was top notch. We already looking forward to our next stay!

This was our third stay - and we’ll be back. Beautiful views, cozy bed, great deck and hot tub… perfect for a relaxing fall/winter getaway for two. Great amenities close by: coffee shops, grocery, restaurants. Close to the ferry, an easy weekender from the mainland.

Spectacular home to stay at. The views are breathtaking and everything you need is provided. Kitchen was stocked. Was so amazing to have the doors open to hear the waves.. it was like you had the calm app constantly on. The hot tub is large and perfect for star gazing. The property is super private and the shower was incredible to watch the views as you showered. The only issue I had were all the doors were a little tricky and different to lock, but Peter eventually got back to me. Definitely coming back.

A dream come true
Each morning when I woke up, I thought I was still dreaming. My first sight was the expanse of ocean, Vancouver Island at the horizon and pink clouds of dawn. What a spectacular place and home! If you do book this house, it will be a dream come true for you too. To add to others' comments, there are plenty of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, laundry soap, spices, paper towels, beach towels, and throw blankets. Manuals to appliances are in a cupboard and utensils are in a hidden second drawer within a bigger drawer. There are 3 of them for silverware, spatulas and wine opener and basic items. It took us awhile to find them! Highly recommend hikes to Hidden Grove, Pender Hill and half day kayak tour with Half-moon Sea Kayaks. We can't wait to come back!

AMAZING weekend….
My wife and I took 3 nights to escape for our anniversary and the Selma Park property was absolutely gorgeous. Well appointed and stunning view were just what we were looking for. Tranquil and modern, comfortable and clean the rental was perfect from start to finish. Location is excellent with a short drive to town and local food spots. Would not hesitate to recommend and we are already looking at dates to return! Thank you!

Perfect Ocean Escape
My wife and I stayed for a week in September, Peter is a fantastic host, very responsive and check in was a breeze. The house is amazing, stones throw to the waters edge and beautiful ocean views from every room. What the pictures can’t capture though is the ocean sound and breeze that flow through the house when you have the doors open…it just makes for an amazing relaxing experience and is very unique to be that close to the sea. We cooked in half the time and had everything we needed. It’s either a 5min drive to downtown Sechelt or a straightforward 25 min walk along the coast (avoiding the main road). We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing House with Mesmerizing Ocean Views
We stayed in this architectural gem for 4 nights and my wife didn't want to leave the property even to go out for dinner. A local grocery less than two minutes away provided to-go meals that we could enjoy while watching dolphins, eagles, blue herons, seals, boats and seaplanes going by. There is a big TV in the living room but we never even turned it on once because the ocean view was so beautiful. The property had everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. The only problem we had was leaving this house to head home - we hope to come back soon.

Beautiful house with perfect sunset views
Incredible house - beautifully designed on a quiet stretch of the Sunshine Coast with unbroken views. We enjoyed show-stopping sunsets from the hot tub each night and stargazing after dark. The only downside was the futon bed in the second bedroom - which is a bit small for two adults, but it's a perfect house for a couple or family with kids.

This was a wonderful getaway for our family. We needed a place to slow down and to take in the view, and this place was perfect for that! The home was very clean and had everything we needed- the bbq, fire pit and hot tub were great to have. We also got to watch sea lions swim by everyday which was an added bonus!
