Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

The condo was very clean, well stocked, with easy access to restaurants and street car.
But furnishings were tired and cheap, there was no work space and my unit backed onto the GoTrain route so was noisy.
For some reason I needed to provide a personal email address to receive check in info. And was moved to the adjacent building.
Three elevators for 49 floors means lots of waiting, especially around check out time.

Check in was very confusing and the middle men in the lobby are not very helpful
Emailed the company about the missing tv remote but haven’t heard back so we cldnt use the tv at all

Booking and check-in were easy.
Apartment was correct.
Impossible to speak with a person on the phone during my stay. Communication was poor by email and text messaging.
NO WORKING INTERNET for the entire stay.
