The Vineyard House is surrounded by glorious gardens bursting with color, fragrance and fruit year-round, and its highly regarded, organically produced Sonoma Coast Chardonnay vines flank the elegant drive down to the main grounds. The Vineyard House at The Dalya Estate is a light-filled 2,400 square foot retreat comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Floor to ceiling glass Nano doors in the main living and dining area open to an expansive backyard with stunning views over the solar heated lap pool and jacuzzi framed by neighboring Pinot vineyards. The home has a beautiful open layout, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking Gas Range with 6 Burners and dual ovens, spacious butler’s pantry, Shaw’s fireclay sink, and a grand, gracious marble island for gathering, wining and dining. TOT #753N While our property is 6+ acres and surrounded on three sides by large commercial vineyards, we do have neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for local noise ordinances. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment where friends and family can kick back, laugh and enjoy themselves immensely. Just a reminder, this home is located on a working vineyard, so there is work at the front of the property, where the grapes are located, as well as sulfur sprayed on a weekly basis. The vineyard is organically farmed, so all activity is free of harmful chemicals. \*\*Pool is heated only by request May through the end of October. If you would like to heat the pool during the off season, please inquire about the additional fee to heat the pool. Hot tub remains hot and available for your use all year round\*\* The entire estate can be rented or the main house and guest house separately. The property is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and gorgeous pool overlooking the vineyard. The living spaces were great, with a chefs kitchen and huge but cozy dining room. The beds are small, except for one king in the master, all other rooms only had full sized mattresses.
