This home is on a gated and secluded ridge top property. Up to 6 additional daytime guests are allowed. There is ample parking. Designed and built by a well-known, award-winning designer. Extraordinary attention to quality and detail in every improvement. Enjoy beauty, privacy and comfort on 26 gorgeous acres of parklike grounds with gardens, forest, pond and vistas. Enjoy birding, watching wildlife, swimming, hiking, playing, sightseeing, shopping, eating out and relaxing. This one of a kind 4000 sq. foot showpiece modern home has been completely redone with attention to every detail. All new furnishings, beds, linens, etc. Every bedroom has beautiful views, a sitting area and its own master bathroom. The grounds were breathtaking, the house was well, equipped, and very clean. It was in close proximity to some of our favorite wineries, and yet was very private, and had plenty of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. ##### Doug B. We gathered here two years ago and were fortunate enough to book again for this year. Enough bedrooms for all traveling family members to have a cozy place to stay and wonderful entertaining space for local family to visit for the day / evening. Space heaters on the deck made it cozy to watch the sunset and the view from the hot tub is amazing. We highly recommend the Pao house for large gatherings! ##### Lisa H. This house and property absolutely blew us away! Every room was gorgeous and the house had everything we needed for a fun stay-in girls weekend. You are close enough to town that you can drive to get some supplies, but far enough away not to be bothered by anyone or anything! So many places to sit and lounge inside and outside, and we got lucky with the perfect weather. It was so healing being surrounded by trees and nature, this house is a must if you have a few friends or family and want to get away together. So grateful to stay in such a gorgeous house- would love to return when we get the chance! ##### Margaret M. The accommodations and location was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Beautiful views and a well appointed home. It was like having 5 master bedrooms in one home. We had a minor plumbing issue upon arrival but it was resolved quickly and Emily could not have been a more perfect host. Communication lines were always open. We would definitely stay here again. This property is perfect. Beautiful house, tons of space, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, stunning views. What else could you ask for. We had a 40th bday here with some friends and family and it was the ideal setting. Also Emily was really accommodating and great with communication before and during our stay. Very comfortable furnishings. Lots of options for gathering and dining indoors and out - and the views! Great opportunities for bird watching - the hummingbirds! The pool was inviting but we were out of season, so we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Sebastopol is a bustling town and there are some nice restaurants and good grocery shopping. All rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds with very comfortable with seating areas in every one with attached bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Having five bedrooms with king-size beds and double-sink bathrooms in each was a luxury none of us fully anticipated. The surrounding forest and landscaping of the property provided a lush environment for photos, leisurely walks, and quiet times. With wineries, restaurants, sightseeing, recreational activities, and shops within easy driving distance, no one had a chance to get bored. The setting is tranquil and made us feel like we were the only humans for miles around - we were! The home accommodated 5 couples exquisitely. One suggestion Emily will correct is not having top sheets for the beds and hopefully the wine fridge will be repaired for guest use. Highly recommend for large groups - fellas enjoyed area's golf and gals doing local shopping, too. We saw several deer on the an near the property. Emily was very responsive to our questions.
