It has everything you need and is so comfy. It’s a perfect location to explore Northern California and I can’t recommend it enough. We wanted to explore the coast and wine country. We did it all! Sebastopol had everything we needed for food and night life - before and after a day of exploring. It was clean and quite roomy for two, well applianced and very comfortable. The location is terrific; it's nestled among the trees and private, and if you're lucky you can let the owls sing you to sleep. Not only a great location but a nice plae to hang out. Private yard is a definite plus with all the plants. And you can help yourself to anything. We had grapes, herbs, peppers and a tomato. We fell in love with Mod Podge Lodge when we saw it on line and we were not disappointed!! Very clean, homey and accommodating. We were visiting family but would have loved to have had time to enjoy the comfortable outdoor area with beautiful views. Located on the outskirts of town, it is very quiet and private, and at the same time close to beautiful walking trails that we enjoyed as well as an easy drive to Muir Woods, beaches and fun towns like Pt. Reyes where we had two excellent meals. We also loved the short walk to Andy’s grocery in the morning for coffee and a doughnut.
