Heated Pool, Boat/RV Parking Double Lot, 3 miles to Beach! We welcome you to our Coastal Retreat home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool! Please inquire for Boat and RV parking on this tranquil half acre property. This home features a beautiful pool view with direct pool access in the Master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and spare bathroom. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Both spare bedrooms feature queen beds with TVs . The spare bathroom is a shower and toilet shared by both spare bedrooms. Garage parking for 1 car is available. Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located. \-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. \-Stove/Oven uses gas and should be attended to at all times. Maximum 1 car in garage and 3 in driveway. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals. \-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use. \-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. \-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. \-Queen Air mattress available \-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. \-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. Pool temp was too warm for me but july in Florida i guess thats to be expected. Pool also seemed smaller than other homes I've rented down there . Very well kept house. One recommendation...put a shelt of some sort in the showers. The grab bar was wonderful but having to put everything on the ground was difficult for me. I would definitely rent here again. It is better then advertised. Eddie, the property manager, is available and answers any questions quickly. The whole home has been updated and is all new. The pool is an added benefit.
