Thin End is a charming and secluded Seaview Holiday Cottage, perfectly positioned on a quiet residential street just moments from the coastline. This cosy retreat captures the essence of island life, with original features that transport guests to its early days.

Inside, the cottage offers three inviting bedrooms, ideal for a restful night after a day spent exploring the island. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath for added convenience.

The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden, lush with mature plants and trees, creating a peaceful sanctuary. Both the living area and kitchen open directly onto the sunny garden, allowing guests to easily enjoy the outdoors.

A small driveway provides parking for one car, and additional free parking is available along the street.. The location guarantees tranquillity, making it the perfect getaway for those seeking a quiet coastal retreat.

PLEASE NOTE
Thin End is an old cottage with a steep stair case with wide banister openings. To ensure a safe and relaxed stay for all guests, we advise that it is not suitable for young children under 7 or guests with mobility issues.

Additionally the drive may not be accessible for low cars due to the camber from the road.

A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.

This property can accept a maximum of 1 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.

This property does not accept any more than 4 adults at any given time.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.

Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.

A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Great location with a lovely garden. Everything you need is there. Shower was brilliant. Maybe a mattress topper to add a little more comfort to the beds.
