"Ideally located with terrific staff. During our stay we had a toilet issue and the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes! Coffee in the lobby. Muffins or fruit would have been nice. Nespresso machine is terrible coffee. Save your money and invest in some breakfast items. Very walkable area ..."

"For a hotel of this caliber I was not happy at all. Arrived in room very hot and tv movie channel not working tech arrived opened wall and removed a filter from heating that was completely covered in dust overrun and blamed for circulating air terrible. Tv was not working they had no movies on demand ..."

"The staff were great and the rooms very good. There was only one usable elevator and the second had been out of order for over a month. I don’t recommend the restaurant on property it had nasty wait staff who wanted us to go outside to come in even though there’s a door from the lobby into the restaurant. ..."

"Room was on 32nd floor and beautiful with a big window. Bed and furniture very comfortable, shower and bath a delight. Wifi free and adequate. The breakfast was the only part of the stay we found overpriced. A free small continental breakfast would have been a nice gesture."
