The space First Floor \- Living room with Smart TV, air conditioner/heating, and board games. \- Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cooking and baking essentials, coffee, and tea. \- Half bathroom off the kitchen. \- Dining table with seating for four. \- Sliding door to private patio.
