Had to transfer room 3 times

Posted 18-Jan-2016
Corner rooms are looking directly at the parking garage. Use your room key I'm the elevator or you will be stuck in it. I was not told this at check in. Mini bar was tampered with by the previous person and the alcohol was actually water. Had to call twice to get someone to come up and check it. When he did come up he refilled it with everything but what we wanted. In all 3 rooms the refrigerator did not work. The second rooms refrigerator was moldy. Parking is $45. I was charged $150 twice for an unknown reason. When I checked out I received a ... Sorry your stay didn't go so well.

View of the garage

Posted 03-Jan-2016
Upgraded to the corner room, but both windows faced concrete. Room 540. My husband checked us in while I was getting ready for my sister's wedding, and he didn't know the room advertised said above the 12th floor. While we were disappointed with the lack of a view, the room service breakfast was prompt and delicious, and it was nice to have a Starbucks across the street.

Great Location in Seattle

Posted 07-Dec-2015
Pros: The location and lobby bar
Cons: A fan in the bathroom would be nice. Also a sauna/hot tub in this location would be a nice addition.
Location: Pike Place Market, EMP Music Museum, Space Needle, Century Link Field, Safeco Filed, Seattle Underground
Great trip to Seattle, wonderful location. Check in was seamless and quick. All staff were friendly and great to interact with. The location of this hotel is great, with in walking distance of Pike Place and Century Link Field. The hotel room was very comfortable, and lots of room to move around. The lobby bar was a great place for a drink and the food was great.

Pros: Location to the Link and Pike Street Market.
Cons: The Clock in the room was analog and hard to see at night. but not a problem otherwise.
Location: Anything and everything downtown is right there. Don't be afraid to walk and ride the Link... Cabs not needed....

Excellent hotel close to downtown and theaters.

Posted 29-Nov-2015
Pros: The view, the location, the friendly staff, and the beautiful lobby.
Cons: The bed was too soft.
Location: Close to downtown, concert halls, and theaters
We were upgraded to a view room on the 25th floor. We could see the ferries coming and going on Puget Sound.

sad in seattle

So disappointed that our view from our room was the multi-level parking. Which the shades in the room allowed light from the parking area constantly beaming through. Our room was a corner King room. We went to the front desk to see about changing rooms. We were told that they were all compromised. We were offered a complentary drink from the bar. No,thanks.even when checking in we asked what kind of view the room had. The clerk was not clear in her description at all. She just said it was a nice room.
