\*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.  
  
\*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.  
  
\*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.  
  
\*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Loved this place. Allen was so great as a host. I was worried about the location and street noise, but it wasn't an issue. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer were a treat. Rec room was great, and the bedrooms were so comfy. Fully fenced yard, plenty of parking. Would 100% stay again without question.
