Our Lovely & Historic Seattle Duplex is in the heart of Eastlake hub with local stores and shopping. Only a short stroll to the absolutely beautiful Lake Union. DT Seattle is only a short 6 min drive Enjoy the views outside and catch the sunset, lake and mountain views.Get where you want with bus routes or car service apps, then unwind in our spacious apartment. There are many things to enjoy like views, museums, shops, historic locations & zoos! This is the Upper Unit in the building.

Situated in the upstairs unit of a charming 2-unit building, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary on-site parking!  
  
Take a leisurely 5-minute stroll to Eastlake and Lake Union, or embark on a quick 6-minute drive to downtown, where theaters, boutiques, and restaurants await. Enjoy the mini beach nearby!  
  
No car? No problem. The bus stop right in front of our house provides easy access to downtown, and you can also explore the city using public bikes for rent from Lime and Evo, conveniently located throughout Seattle.  
  
For outdoor enthusiasts, a bike park down the street, situated under I-5, beckons with breathtaking sights, and glorious trails, making it one of the area's premier destinations for cycling enthusiasts.  
  
Venture down the road to discover the historical Howe Street Stairs, dating back to 1911\. These stairs offer both exercise and a captivating historical journey, leading all the way from the unit to Capitol Hill.  
  
Experience live football and basketball at the University of Washington, less than 5 miles away, or indulge in retail therapy at University Village's locally-owned boutiques.  
  
Savor refreshing breezes on your private balcony, boasting views of Lake Union, mountains, and Seattle rooftops.  
  
For larger groups, inquire about separately renting the 2BR/1BA unit downstairs, comfortably accommodating 4 more guests.  
  
Inside this 1909 historical Seattle home, marvel at the seamless blend of beautiful architecture and modern upgrades. Enjoy lazy mornings in the living area with a TV and comfortable seating, then step outside to a private balcony for sweeping views.  
  
The compact yet functional kitchen provides all the essentials, and a quaint high table offers a casual dining spot. Sleep soundly in the two bedrooms, featuring 2 full-size beds in one and one queen size bed in the other.  
  
Traveling with a furry friend? For just $20 extra per night, pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests must declare pets during reservation, and undisclosed pets may incur a $250 fine.  
  
Please note: This rental faces the freeway, so some traffic noise is inevitable. Additionally, due to the 1909 construction and the rental of the downstairs unit, you may hear other guests. However, the stunning view upon entering the neighborhood compensates for it. On sunny days, catch a glimpse of the Olympic Mountains from the back deck. Ideal for budget-conscious travelers planning to explore Seattle extensively.  
  
Guest access:  
You will use a code to access the front door to the main lobby. You will use the same code to access the door to the top unit. You will have shared lobby access and shared parking with the bottom unit guest. You will each get one parking spot.  
  
Other things to note:  
The main thermostat is in the shared area when you first walk in, but once you enter your unit you can then you can control each room by turning the knob on the radiant heaters. Just be aware that the main thermostat for the entry way is a shared entry way by the tenants below.
