We enjoyed the safe, quiet neighborhood, functional kitchen with french press and coffee grinder, easy parking and access to the zoo (which was about a 15 minute walk). A few suggestions - blackout shades in the front room / office with the pull out couch would be a big help especially when visiting in June as it's light out very late (kids didn't want to go to bed!) and the sun rises around 5AM. I also think it would be difficult to sleep 4 people, as there's only a king bed and a twin pull-out couch. There is a 2nd couch available in the living room but it doesn't convert to a bed. A laundry basket would also have helped.
