Wind down from a busy day in newly built, above garage apartment (finished July 2021) next to my 1909 farmhouse. Surrounded by an English garden, this apartment has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range. Fully stocked kitchen with an extended counter for work, play games or a nice meal. The living space has a 5 star queen size air sofa bed. The bedroom has a full closet, full size dresser, and a queen size select comfort bed. The apartment has full size bath tub with removable shower head on a hose. Laundry can be done in the full size washer & dryer. There is a small deck with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the beautiful gardens. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Bothell where there are many great places to eat and to drink then have dessert! The city of Bothell provides the city park, including the Bothell historical museum, the library, and city hall and the Bothell Police Department are downtown. Joni’s garage apartment is beautifully appointed, with lots of little extras like snacks and whimsical decor! The place is clean, there are instructions for everything, and the location was perfect for my visit. The only thing I would suggest is to add a hook in the bathroom and recaulk the tub/shower surround. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back again! We had everything we needed. Appreciated the off street parking and very comfortable bed, the sheets were amazingly soft. Parking is easy/convenient; Full-size washer/dryer; Everything about this place shows the level of thought that is put into making the stay as comfy and cozy as possible! Very clean, beautiful decor, extra towels/washcloths, blankets and pillows; a few games; large selection of coffee and tea, hot chocolate and spiced cider; literally too many amenities to list! But my favorite was the electric fireplace! I would select one of the books off the shelf and curl up in a comfy chair with a soft warm blanket in front of the fireplace, coffee in hand and start my morning while listening to the gentle rain coming down outside. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was one of the cleanest we've ever rented. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and clean. The neighborhood was safe and close to restaurants, parks, wineries, Lake Washington and hiking trails. It’s a quaint one bedroom apartment on a quiet residential street. The surrounding gardens are lovely and pristine. The beds (there is a sleeper sofa) are comfortable.
