The Space: The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two spacious bedrooms. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps/stairs to the entrance. FIRST FLOOR： The living room includes a 65-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. Dine in the dedicated eating area and stay cool on warm summer days with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious family room features a 75" TV, providing added flexibility for family stays and enhancing convenience and independence. But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200\. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date. 7.【NO late check-out】 Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests. 8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans.
