The unit is simple, but efficient. Nice, firm mattress. Shower water is plenty hot with good pressure. Great location—close to the Link and to Seattle University. While it was located on the first floor, to enter we had to go up to the second floor and descend down a narrow and steep stairway. From the pictures I assumed the bedroom was upstairs but it is off the living room with no divider/door. There were french doors out to a courtyard (the only source of natural light) that leads directly to the street but we were not provided with a key to use this as our ingress/egress. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect, walking distance to our son's home and business district. ##### Susie K.
