"Beautifully maintained hotel. Loved the architecture. Staff was very pleasant. Suite room was perfect for our family, with a rollaway bed requested and provided. We walked places and also used uber to get around. Coffee and hot tea provided in lobby. Shuttle available for fee if you’re going on cruise."

"Stayed here for a weekend and it was the best experience I’ve had in a while. The property was very clean. From the moment you entered, the valet was very friendly. Front desk workers were friendly, kind, and helpful. This hotel has a restaurant and bar. They also sell snacks and offer complimentary fruit infused water daily. I would definitely go back. It’s also in walking distance to Pike Place Market."

"Parking was offsite, so not convenient. Staff was friendly but limited. Room was small, but clean. Very dated and could use some easy upgrades. Would stay again, and recommend for a quick layover before moving on to other accommodations like a cruise or National parks."
