Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Full-size SUVs (e.g., Jeep or similar) may fit, but maneuvering can be tight and may require extra care. • We also provide one city-issued street parking permit for street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that a fee of $250 will be charged if the permit is lost/not returned as we cannot replace it. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation.
