The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1157 sqft. The property is wonderful for a small to midsized group of folks who want to explore Capitol Hill. My group and I were in town for a convention and the proximity of the townhouse to the light rail was fantastic. Six of us stayed, and there was plenty of space for us. Every review of this property was spot on. A grocery store and a number of excellent restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. We used Uber vs renting a car. Ubers arrived within 1-2 minutes of requesting them. The townhome was well-appointed and had a handy inventory list so you could find anything you could need. It was extremely clean and a comfortable spot for our family to hang out when we were done with sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Seattle again. ##### Meridith D. We found the property very disappointing beginning with the neighborhood and although a parking permit was issued by the property parking was a nightmare. We spent over a half and hour finding a parking spot. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The unit itself was not comfortable. It was sparsely furnished and the television was not functional. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It’s one block off Broadway (which can be sketchy) but it’s on a quiet street and the neighboring streets are nice. It’s one block from a grocery store which was great. Also, centrally located in Seattle so easy to get anywhere. We never had an issue getting an Uber.
