The unit has three levels, containing 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, private backyard and is about 2540 sqft. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • Main Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms. • Lower Floor: Kitchen, living room with a queen sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen mattress, one bathroom, and a laundry room. • Second Floor: Finished attic with additional space for activities (no heating or cooling). \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Three full bathrooms, each featuring a shower. • Central heating and cooling for year-round comfort. • Two fully equipped kitchens and dining areas—perfect for large or multi-family groups. • Both kitchens include stainless steel appliances and are fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, coffee, and tea. • Spacious laundry room with a sink. • Driveway parking with EV charger (bring your own plug) and additional free street parking. • Relaxing backyard with outdoor seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification.
