Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Street parking in front of the unit is free for up to 2 hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, but no parking is allowed from 6 PM to 12 AM — be sure to move your car to avoid a ticket. • The alleyway and garage are narrow. A full-sized SUV will have a few inches of clearance to fit it into the garage. A larger SUV would not be able to fit in there. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. As great as all that was, it was the management team and their customer service. Second to none. It was too warm the first and second night. They came in while we were out and installed two A/C units in the middle floor bedrooms. Our friends then slept soundly the next two nights. We wanted for nothing and would stay here again and again on every trip to Seattle. Best vacation home experience ever. Thank you for making it extremely special and fun. The location is perfect, walking distance to so many things, and the view from the rooftop deck is amazing! The kitchen is clean, modern, fully functional and well equipped. The bedrooms are great, with comfortable beds and each has its own private bathroom. The top floor master suite is fantastic! The views are amazing, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the shower is huge, with 2 rain shower heads and 2 wands that can be handheld or positioned in their holder and easily adjusted to any position. The master closet is so big that our 7 year old grandson slept on the floor comfortably, on the far side of the master bathroom so with very nice separation from us and no noise issues. It’s like a 4th bedroom. The garage was a godsend for off street parking, which is absolutely priceless in this area.
