The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1091 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps at the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. The space was as pictured, clean and bright. Felt like a good amount of space for 3 adults. We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to restaurants and to work. Loved sitting on the roof deck in the mornings and looking out over the skyline. The listing is very clear that there are lots of stairs—and it’s true! It is small for 6 people (the size of my family) but it was fine for one night. The roof top is way cool with excellent views of the sunset and downtown. It is tricky to find street parking but we managed.
