The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roughly 1000 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Stayed here twice in a week. Very nice apartment with good amenities and easy walk to nice restaurants and coffee shop. Nice view of mountains to the east. Will stay again
The house was clean and comfortable. The location was great - only a few minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store and easy access to the rest of the city.
The location of this property is great. Local restaurants and a grovery store hust around the corne, easy access to a bus and downtown, beautiful rooftop views! The beds were very comfortable. Overall the house was very nice!!

We loved our weekend stay at this sweet place in Fremont. Off street parking was wonderful, and easy bus access downtown just a half block from the house. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A nice layout for families who want some space while traveling.
We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Seattle and loved everything about this home. It was well kept, easy to access, and very conveniently located yo all the things we wanted to do. Joanne, the host, as well as the management company, Betterstay, were very responsive and provided great communications throughout. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

We came to Seattle with friends to see the 5 Trolls in the area . This house was a good location for traveling to Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island & West Seattle.

The best place I've ever rented -- a newish three-story townhouse in Fremont, one of Seattle's hippest neighborhoods. The house itself was spare and gorgeous, and had a spectacular nighttime view of downtown from the roof deck. Highly recommended.
The Fremont location was ideal for getting around Seattle and seeing the sites. Don't miss the "Troll" under the overpass near Lake Union! The property was super for 4 adults with each couple having their own floor and bath. Everything we needed was in the kitchen to enjoy breakfast together, and the neighborhood grocery was a short walk away. We'll be back!!

Very clean and well decorated 3 floor condominium in a great neighborhood in Fremont. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. Added bonus is a dedicated parking spot. Easy access to downtown, Pike Place Market, Ballard, University area, Green Lake. Only one television and it was on the 1st floor. The WiFi was good and you can easily watch on line on the upper floors. Bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and up to date. Really enjoyed discovering Seattle from this property.

The location couldn't be more perfect. Nestled in a cute neighborhood, it's within walking distance from charming coffee shops and breweries, adding a delightful touch to the stay. The convenience of having these amenities nearby truly enhanced the overall experience.
Additionally, the proximity to Ballard is a definite plus. A quick and easy Uber ride makes exploring the vibrant Ballard neighborhood accessible, expanding the options for entertainment and dining.

I was impressed with the communication from the property managers as they were involved from the point of booking through the point of checking out. You could tell they are very seasoned and serious about keeping the process very organized.
As far as the property, I've never seen such cool features and overexplained instructions for everything - very nice. Heated bathroom tiles, temperature controls, and instruction manuals on how to use everything in the condo. This will be hard to rent another place since the bar was set high on this experience. Such a modern brand new building that other people won't see at typical rentals.
Location was excellent for people who don't want to deal with the hussle bussle of downtown Seattle but still get to downtown Seattle relatively quickly. Walking distance to bars/restaurants were great, but you'll need a car/Uber to get to many tourist attractions.
Overall great selection and I was wowed by the communication from the hosts and all the condo features/upgrades that I haven't seen elsewhere.
The property was great and well kept. So many great places in walking distance. Sound did not travel inside so privacy on the different floors was great. It can get noisy being on a busy street, but earplugs at night helped. Would definitely stay here again!
