Any parking complaint will result in a fine. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had two cars and only spot. But we were glad to have the one spot. The location was great -- everything you need is close. We were able to get downtown on 99 easily and to other locations because it's close to I5. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighbor could probably chill a little bit. We were four old people and she seemed to be monitoring our movements pretty closely. Odd-- but not the fault of the homeowners / management team. All in all it was a great trip and a very nice place to stay. We appreciated the washer / dryer, Keurig pods, and modern look of the place. Thanks! ##### Linda D.
