**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We booked this property for a work trip and were very happy with everything! Super clean, perfect location, and a designated parking space. Our hosts also had a lot of food recommendations which we appreciate. Definitely went above and beyond! Thanks again!
Location was perfect. Close to downtown area but far enough to get some quiet time if we needed it. House was perfectly decorated and clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
The property was clean and well-stocked. The check-in process was easy. This is a great location with many things near by. I highly recommend it. The parking spot in back is an added bonus as parking on the street can be tricky. Would definitely book again.
A very pleasant, nice sized place to be. Very clean and comfortable. Near a Trader Joe’s and restaurants, easy to get to Seattle destinations. The bathrooms and bedrooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors- not so easy for everyone. That wasn’t clear on the listing.

The townhouse is conveniently located within Capital Hill. There’s restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and even a Trader Joe’s within a 5-15 min walk from this property. The townhome is furnished nicely and the beds are comfy. This property comes with a designated parking spot & that proved to be extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone checking out Cap Hill, or any other nearby community or university.
