The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 1718 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with the following floor plan: \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room with queen sleeper; kitchen, dining, half bath, back door to parking. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom with shower & tub combo. Heating only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom (shower & tub combo). The only complaint came from my Brother and Friends who stayed on the 2nd floor was that it was too warm...there wasn't any A/C on that floor. 1st floor and 3rd floor both had mini-split split systems. Why not have one on the 2nd floor too? Overall the stay was good and we all slept well on the beds. We would stay there again. Just an FYI...if you don't like stairs, you may want to look elsewhere. This 4 story townhouse was very nice. It is basically new and everything about the place worked well for us. We were close to the beach, Ballard and Northgate. There was some very noisy road work being done right in front of the unit but management worked with us on that. The smart TV was a nice feature. Overall a very nice place. ##### Terry T.
