"A/C wasn't working. Room kept getting pushed back to being ready. Elevators kept getting stuck and breaking down. Some of the front desk staff were just rude "

"Shuttle service is quick which i used for airport-hotel. Hotel rates in Seattle are very high due to cruise seasons, so I'm glad to be able to find Red Roof for my 2 nights stay. Hotel room is clean and spacious, got everything needed for the trip. There's a restaurant within 2 minutes walk that opens til 2:30am, and reopens at 6:30am. 2 gas station convenient stores next door."

"Great location and very clean. Unfortunately one of the elevators was down the whole time I was there, so there was sometimes a little wait for an elevator, but it was never more than 5 minutes. It also would have been nice to have a microwave available. Otherwise a great place to stay!"

"Stayed for a few nights before a cruise. Fantastic location for downtown Seattle, everything within walking distance. Really lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Room was huge and beds comfortable."
