Newmark Tower Condos require personal check-in service, a simple background check, and a legally required rental agreement. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 19. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). These noises were so disruptive that they prevented us from sleeping properly on several nights. The noise episodes could last for at least an hour and occurred multiple times throughout the night, making our stay very uncomfortable. We appreciate that a technician was sent to inspect the issue. However, we were informed that the noise was due to the AC unit being old and that it could not be repaired, therefore, we could not sleep.
