A major bus line stop is only a 2 minute walk away, making it simple to get around the city without a car. The house itself has recently been completely remodeled with new flooring, fresh paint, premium Casper mattresses for a perfect night's sleep, and a new high-efficiency air conditioning system to keep you comfortable on warm summer days. The private front yard is a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The gravel driveway fits 3 cars, and is accessible via the alley. Please note, the backyard is not available for use unless pre-stay arrangements have been made. Check-in was easy, the beds were large and comfortable, there was easy access to the washer/dryer, and the owner provided good quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The property was clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the price was affordable. A couple of minor recommendations: both hand soaps were empty, so we had to go out and buy our own, and the area under the day bed needs to be swept. Also, there was something left in the cupboard, presumably by the prior renter, which was not something we wanted our daughter to be asking about. Both are relatively minor and easy to be overlooked.
