\* Step Disclosure: There are more than 15 steps in front of the entrance. Elders with knee problems should be aware.  
\* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.  
  
House Rules and Guidelines:  
• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250\. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.  
• Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.  
• No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.
