Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Lower level of home has guest too, please be respectful of quiet hours 10pm-7am

This listing is ONLY for the upper level of the home, the lower level of the home is rented to other guests, please be mindful of quiet hours (10pm-7am) and don’t park in the carport.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a charge through resolution where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

There is a front door security camera and back door facing outside to ensure safety of the guests and the house.

Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury that happens in the house and backyard area.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay.

Smoking, vaping, and any controlled substances (including marijuana) are not permitted on the property. Fines: $500

We hold any items left behind for 7 days after checkout. If we do not hear from the guest within this period, items will be disposed of.

No Shoes Inside - Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!

No MailboxAccess - We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long-term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!

No parties are allowed in the premises. Fines can be applied for not following house rules.
