Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.🚫🐈🐕【NO PET POLICY】 Strictly no pets are allowed in the property. Bringing any pet without prior written approval is a direct violation of our house rules and may result in extra charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund. A penalty fee of $500 (and up to $1,000 in severe cases) will be charged for any unauthorized pets to cover deep cleaning, sanitation, and potential damages. 5\. 🚫👞【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.⚠️【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.💼【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date.
