This one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill is ideal for a quiet weekend of sightseeing, a romantic getaway or business travel - you’ll love it no matter why you are visiting The Emerald City. This apartment is conveniently located within a few blocks of amazing local restaurants, lively nightlife, music venues, Seattle’s best coffee shops, bakeries & shopping. Whether you are here for coffee, beautiful nature or Space Needle, we’re happy to host you! License number: STR-OPLI-22-001474 Features and amenities • Light-filled 1 bedroom apartment with architectural details • Stunning interior design with modern details and furniture with comfort in mind • Fully stocked kitchen for a perfect meal prep • 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space Parking No Dedicated parking • STREET PARKING - IS FREE in most places in Seattle, however when you arrive and cannot find the parking spot on the street – the Paid parking lot is right across ( Diamond) • Free street parking between 6PM-7AM Things to know • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS. Any violation of no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • LOST KEY. From previous customer feedback, we arrived knowing that unit was in an old house that have been renovated. Short comings started on day one. The key code to the room that was assigned to me did not work after several attempts. Finally worked on the 8th try but not after waiting inside a hot and enclosed stairway. The unit is adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Comes with bed linings for the soda bed and several clean towels which was great. However, certain fixtures needs attention. Door knob to the bedroom were loose, including a baseboard quarter trim that was loose creating a tripping hazard. The portable Samsung AC unit was also inadequate to cool the entire one bedroom unit. Luckily there was a fan available. Finally on our last day of stay, key code to the unit went unresponsive due to low battery. Was locked out of the unit for 20 minutes while Hosteeva staff was able to remotely open the door lock for us. Prior to our check out, had to contact Hosteeva staff again to ensure that unit door is locked since they keypad is no longer working. Two notable saving grace during our stay was its location to Safeway and other restaurants in the area. ##### Dan P. The bags must have been there several days, the food was rotten, the smell was terrible. I called the Hosteeva main office and the local manager. It took several phone calls and several hours and my threat to call the health department before the bags were removed and the floor area mopped. The bags were put in the outside trash cans which continued to smell very strongly and were unpleasant, to put it mildly, to walk past as we approached the front door. ##### Julie M.
