Neighborhood is safe and a couple of blocks from a few nice restaurants we walked to. There were minor maintenance issues, but are being addressed. The additional supplied we needed were dropped off for us the next day. The garage was nice to have. It just took a little maneuvering in the narrow alley to get the mid-size SUV backed in and pulled out. Each room has its own AC unit. Beds were decent. Overall, a great place to stay, northeast of downtown Seattle. It was a great home base for our activities in the region. I did NOT pay attention to the fact that there is no microwave listed in the amenities. I had to get creative with my microwave popcorn, since I assumed it had a microwave in the modern kitchen. Checkout instructions would be helpful. There was nothing for us to do, but it would be good to know that in the listing or in a physical book on premise. ##### Mark J.
