Other Details to note: Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer easily to the unit below you so keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am is very important to me. You're welcome to use the brand new double set of LG washer/dryers in the basement but please be aware these are shared with my downstairs guests and/or used by my cleaners in-between guests.
