When we showed up they told us I had two reservations. I kept showing the manager over and over that we only had one reservation. There must have been an Expedia glitch. When she said I would have to pay for both rooms all I could think was $800 for 2 nights is going to break our trip and we are going to have to head home. Finally after pleading my case showing her my reservations on the app over and over, a good 25 mins, she changed her mind and actually believed me there was a glitch in the system. They also told us not to use Expedia for reservations anymore.
It made the beginning of the trip a bit stressful. Dinner in the restaurant the pasta wasn’t cooked, but the burgers were good.
It bums me out to give a negative review, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, we would have loved to stay there again, and usually have a big group with us for Seattle Supercross, but we won’t just because of how we were treated at check in.
