  • Bright, fresh, clean and sunny, our hill top flat is steps from coffee shops, signature restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, yoga, parks, spas, boutiques, stunning public view lookouts, and a summer farmer's market. We boast a 7 minute drive or bus ride to downtown; the space needle, Pike Place Market, the water front, Amazon and the Gates foundation. On our quiet street/alley there is a private entrance and your own off street parking spot(9.5 ft wide), which is very unique for the area! 95% walk score.
