The Lake is link light rail station from SeaTac International. 1min freeway entrance, 15min drive to downtown Seattle. This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view. \*Apartment #3 has two rooms one California king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront. The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019\. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10 minutes away if you need anything. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving. \*Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment. \*It has a nice park to spend a pleasant walking or jogging, picnic area, playground as well as lakeside beach. Swimming area, boating, fishing, open recreation area, water spray park. The lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha Café. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving. Which travels North to Seattle-Tacoma international Airport, Rainier Valley, Downtown Seattle and UW. It's just under $10 ride from the Airport to the house. Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair,Outlet covers for safety. \*\*Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lot, security camera from unit #4 patio facing too Angel lake waterfront only. Air conditioning in the living room only. \*\*\*Key Note to know before booking this unit it has about 13 stairs or steps to enter the main door. And the back sliding door has two steps to get to the water. Once you open this sliding door you can use this to go in and out by going around the house, to avoid the stairs. Please don’t book any of this three units if you can’t handle steps or stairs. One of the best stocked homes I have stayed at. Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. It is right on the lake. We were able to enjoy nature and the big city all in one stay. It is a 5 minute drive to the train that takes you right into the city. We were able to enjoy a baseball game and do some shopping, then come back and enjoy some beverages outside by the water. We lacked for nothing during our stay. It has a very nice patio out back that sits on a lake. It was a great place to wind down after exploring Seattle all day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a major shopping center is just a short 10 minute drive away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. We were in close proximity to the practice facility that my daughter needed to be at each day for an event and it was centrally located for me to easily explore Seattle! It was NOT easy to find, though the directions try their best to describe the odd path. But once I found it the first time (unfortunately late at night on arrival), I was good after that!! This place was minutes from her car rental pick up and nicer than I anticipated. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental. The bed linens top quality and beautiful, plenty of seating in the living area. Great TV, but with the lake at your doorstep it was hardly used. Due to some unfortunate events, we were forced to find temporary living arrangements last minute. Apparently some rentals booking won't allow you to book if you're local, but Ililta welcomed us. A couple things I looked for when booking was privacy, and convince as I wanted to make sure my teen daughter would be safe when I left for work, and if I needed someone to pick her up and drop her off, it was be easy and convenient. She has extra toiletries in need the sink which worked out for me as I forget a few things when I left my home. The home was very nice, warm and welcoming, with a huge lake for our use. She has plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen tools for use to use which was great. We stayed for two weeks and are already looking to book for the summer. Beautifully decorated, comfy sofa and beds, full kitchen, fantastic view of lake, very responsive host. As others have mentioned, this is a 1st floor, so you will hear steps and people upstairs. Also, it’s near the airport so yes, that noise outside. However quiet hours were observed and respected and the airport noise is not an issue once we were in the bedrooms.
