The game room was strong win with the kids (ages 6,14 and 17) keeping them engaged and having fun. The youngest loved the backyard play set up, seating for 10 at the dinner table, great TV room and the bedrooms worked great with the 6 of us that were staying in the home. Ran into a few issues but Customer Support was great. Neighborhood was perfect with a Pirate bar around the corner, coffee shops, grocery, restaurants and more. They are very kid and dog friendly. There’s a dog bed in the living area along with extra dog bowls and toys. I love the fact that they have children’s dishes and cups, tons of games, toys, a little kid table, the play structure and the list of family/dog friendly features goes on. It means we don’t have to bring an entire bag of stuff to entertain them, plus there’s a pack n play (which we used) and high chair. The kitchen is well stocked but we don’t really use it except for kids breakfast, snacks etc as we love walking to the pizza place, coffee shop and other places just blocks away. ##### Danielle P. Although we had booked the property for 8 people, we had only handful of towels and when I asked to accommodate our numbers, I got them 2 days later which is almost half way through my stay. Also, the Jacuzzi is not functional and the property manager had ignored my messages to come and check it out. The cherry on the top is when we used the bath tub on the second floor and water leaked to the restroom downstairs. I again reported it but no one showed up to fix. The property manager seems to have a 24/7 customer support texting system but they are just dispatching info and can’t action/help more from their side. So what’s the value for us, the customer, with such system. When I got this highly sought house in Vrbo I was expecting high standard services but unfortunately got so disappointed. The location is great though as advertised and reviewed by customers. I would like Vrbo to follow up w this property owners and share my feedback w them ##### mouna s. It was a safe and overall fun place for the family and I while we were vacationing in Seattle. The kids really enjoyed playing pool or air hockey in our down time. With that said; when we got there the replace water filter light was on for the fridge, the fireplace would not turn on (we turned on the switch in the cabinet, and pushed the pilot and ignitor buttons and nothing was happening), and 1 of the bedroom lights were burnt out. There is a number to text to get service so I texted them on our 3rd (out of 8) day. I was told that the local team would be getting ahold of me. Later that day we came back to the property and found a filtered water pitcher and some light bulbs on the porch. Nobody reached out, they didn't know that they bought the wrong type of light bulbs and this still didn't fix the fireplace issue which we were bummed about because we paid for a place with a fireplace. I reached back out to the company the next day to let them know that the lightbulbs didn't work for that type of fixture and that we still couldn't use the fireplace. We were, again, told that we would hear from the local team. Never did. A couple days before we left we tried doing laundry and it got warm and humid in the laundry room, which set off the really loud fire alarm located in that room. Since it was electric and not battery operated we could not stop it and had to wait it out. ##### Amy W.
