Located in the center of downtown, Belltown area offers it all: sightseeing, dining, nightlife, art, convenient location to most attractions, walking score of 98. This is an amazing unit with Elliott Bay views from every window, two large bedrooms (master has en-suite bathroom), high quality linens/bedding, comfortable memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lightning fast 1G wifi, designated parking for one vehicle of up to medium size SUV in a secured garage, gym/swimming pool/spa/community room and so much more! Please note that this unit is located on 1st Avenue in Belltown. While double pane windows insulate most of street noise, occasional service vehicle or music may be heard, especially on weekends. We welcome guests to check in anywhere from 3pm to 10pm, but please note that late night check ins after 10pm will incur a $25 charge. Thank you.

Clean, convenient apartment with thoughtful extras

Very clean, corner unit with everything you need in a fantastic building. My wife and sister-in-law loved the extra, thoughtful touches like a lint roller, laundry detergent, and the full-sized shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

Sleepless in Seattle

The unit itself was nice and had great views. Unfortunately it is located in a very noisy neighborhood on a busy city street. There is a lot of street noise even up on the 6th floor. Across the street is a music club with nightly events. Police and fire truck sirens will wake up multiple times a night. Homeless people and drug users everywhere around the building.

Great spot for a weekend getaway with awesome views.

This was an awesome air b&b for the weekend. It had everything you could need and more during your stay. It was very clean, well set up, and in a perfect location. We will definitely be booking here again soon.

Great Location!

This condo is wonderfully located within an easy walk of everything we had on our to-do list. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1- or 3-minute walk from the front door. We liked the layout of the condo, with a table with chairs in front of the sliding glass doors overlooking the harbor. Great place to begin and end the day. We would stay here again.

Amazing space and view

We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute. Spectacular view of the bay and surrounding streets. Many restaurants and bars within 10 min walk. 15-20 min to Pike, a bit longer to the Space Needle. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend getaway

Great Location, Beautiful views

The building location is awesome, halfway between the Space needle and downtown. Views are beautiful, and the building is well maintained. The check in process seemed a little cumbersome, but if you're stay is more than a day or two, completely worth the extra effort. It adds to the security of all the residents.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. Right in the heart of downtown close to a ton of shops and amazing restaurants and just a short walk down to the water and the market. The condo was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. It has everything you need! We loved it and would definitely recommend staying here!

Not long enough at a wonderful place!

This was our first experience with VRBO- it has set the standard "VERY HIGH! Everything was absolutely wonderful, well described and well located. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was just an overnight for myself, my husband and our two life long friends. All of us enjoyed it so much- and next time we are in Seattle, we will stay there again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great condo in Seattle... It was roomy, very clean, convenient and the check in process with their staff was great! Awesome bakery in the building, too. Highly recommend n your traves to the PNW.

Great location and view!

Our only complaint is street noise and rowdy crowds on the weekends. We would stay again! Think about cruise ships and plan around the crowds. Alex & Jose were excellent host and incredibly responsive!

Family vacation

We loved our time in Seattle. The property was conveniently located and we could walk to almost everything. The coffee shop downstairs was super convenient and yummy. The only issue we had was the noise level from the bars across the street around 1am when things were starting to shut down, nothing my white noise machine couldn't drown out though and it was only on Friday night. We would stay here again!
